Another day, another coaching departure for the Bruins organization.
Per the always knowledgeable Mark Divver, the Providence Bruins are going to need a new coach:
Congrats to Jay Leach, new Seattle Kraken assistant coach. Great opportunity for one of best young coaches in the pro game

There's been no official word from the team yet, but Divver knows his stuff.
This would be the second coaching departure to hit the B's in a week, as Jay Pandolfo left the NHL club last week to go be an assistant at Boston University.
Leach will join recently hired Dave Hakstol's staff out in Seattle, a good gig for him.
He's done great with the P-Bruins since taking the head coaching reins back in 2017.
It was likely only a matter of time before Leach got some kind of NHL shot, so this isn't a complete shock.
Still, it's tough when a good coach leaves your organization.
It remains to be seen what the P-Bruins do to replace him: do they promote one of either assistants, Trent Whitfield or Ryan Mougenel?
Both guys have five-plus years of assistant AHL experience, so they might be ready.
Or, the club could look externally.
Ideally, someone will be in place before too long in order to prevent any disruptions to preparations for next season.
Best of luck to Leach at the next level (except against the Bruins, of course).
