Runway icon Linda Evangelista owes more than $237,000 on her West Chelsea penthouse and could be kicked out of her ritzy pad, according to a lawsuit.

The famed catwalker has allegedly failed to pay the common charges on her condo at 525 West 22nd St., where she and other residents for years fought the building over who should foot the hefty $1.5 million bill for roof repairs, the building’s board claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court filing.

The more than 4,000-square-foot home, which she bought in 2001 for $1.4 million, includes a second level with a 2,500-square-foot terrace, for which the model pays a special monthly fee.

Evangelista, 58, and other tenants sued in 2015, claiming all 30 residents of the six-story condo should equally share the cost of replacing the roof.

“As one of several harassed owners in my building, I’m actually delighted that a judge will hear this case brought against me by a board that does not operate in good faith,” the model, who has been secretly battling breast cancer, said in a statement.

The building’s board sued to preserve its legal rights, which could include foreclosing on Evangelista’s unit.

The building also claims Evangelista, who made partial payments on the debt before the Oct. 19 lawsuit was filed, “did not maintain her unit,” incurring additional costs.

A lawyer for the building said the current debt is not related to the earlier legal battle over roof repairs.
