TIGERTON, WI – The Tigerton School Board has hired Kelley Strike as their new District Administrator and Principal. The decision to hire Strike was made during the June 15 school board meeting.
Strike, the former Shawano School District Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, replaces Ben Rayome, who mutually agreed to end his contract with the school district.
Strike takes over on July 1.
“Developing relationships and encouraging students to engage in the learning process is my mission in education,” said Strike. “As a leader, I intend to listen, learn, share, build and plan as I step into the new position.”
Strike got a chance to answer some questions from the community during a public forum earlier this month.
