A new report by the Associated Press shows that Pennsylvania is most likely to lose a congressional representative after the latest census data is unveiled.
A projected population shift would see the Keystone State move from 18 members of Congress to 17.
However, the redrawn districts must be approved by both the Republican state legislature and Democrat Governor Tom Wolf. If the two sides don’t come to a solution, the districts would be drawn by the state Supreme Court.
Along with losing a member of Congress, Pennsylvania would also drop the number of votes its worth in the Electoral College.
