More than 200 SMUD customers lost power Monday morning in Rancho Cordova after a car crashed into an electrical pole.A car hit a pole near Ananda Lane and Coloma Road before 1:39 a.m., the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said. A second vehicle then crashed into the first car. Both drivers were arrested on DUI charges.
